IESS will ship you a specially designed box in advance to securely package and safely ship your defective laptop to our facility at no cost to you. A Return Shipping label will be included to cover the cost of shipping to our facility. Upon completion of repair the item will be packaged in the same type of container for its return shipment to your home or business.
Please include the original program and restore disks in case reloading of software is necessary.
