Q: Does IESS repair LCD televisions?

A: Yes we do, but only the flat screen models are practical to ship.

Q: What sizes are safe to ship and how should the television be packaged to prevent damage?

A: Typically 32" is about the maximum size you would want to ship. Once you get above this size, the package becomes too bulky and awkward for the package handler to safely handle without the risk of damage. Ideally OEM packaging should be used for LCD product. If the OEM packaging is not available, we strongly recommend you have the item professionally packaged by UPS, FedEx, or DHL to make sure it will not be damaged in transit. Regardless of packaging materials used, ALWAYS insure the product to cover your investment during shipping.

Q: My LCD screen is cracked. Can this be repaired?

A: The screen itself cannot be repaired. However, IESS can replace it for you to restore normal operation.

Q: Does IESS offer EasyShip for LCD product?

A: Since the OEM's use so many different design formats, and considering the importance of protecting the LCD screen, it would be difficult for us to design a "one box fits all" packaging method. For this reason, we do not offer EasyShip with the LCD product.
