IESS Warranty

Parts & Labor warranty is 90 days from the date of repair on the work performed by IESS. IESS will not extend the warranty period for product that has been stored by the owner. Shipping warranty product to our facility is the responsibility of the customer. IESS will cover the shipping charges back to you via UPS or FedEx Ground services. Exclusions include, damage caused by surges, lightning, or abuse. Abuse would include damage from liquid, pets, fire, or impact damage from being dropped.

Software

IESS will always strive to safeguard the programs and contents stored on your laptop computer. However, there are occasions when this isn’t possible due to a fatal failure of the hard drive or extreme virus/spyware infestation preventing IESS from salvaging your software and programs. Under these circumstances IESS will not be held liable for any loss of software or programs.

Shipping

All product will be shipped using UPS or FedEx Ground services unless otherwise noted by IESS. Selection of carrier will be at the discretion of IESS. Realizing customers will at times prefer to have their item returned using the quickest mode available, express shipping is available for an additional charge.

Return Authorization Policy

Any product being returned for a warranty related repair, must be accompanied by a Return Authorization Number. For an RA number, send a message to the email address below with your name, address, model, serial number, and description of the complaint. info@iessolutions.net

Payment Terms

Accepted payment methods are cash, credit card, money order, or with approved credit, NET-15 day or NET-30 terms can be established for your convenience. We recommend that no cash be sent via mail or parcel services.

Sales Tax Information

All work completed for consumers or businesses located in the state of Pennsylvania will be charged the Pennsylvania sales tax rate of 6%.

Businesses wishing to receive an exemption, must submit a PA Sales Tax Exemption Form to IESS. Otherwise you will be charged the established rate.
